Terms & Conditions

1. General These Terms govern the sale of music tracks and custom music production services provided by Piotr Gęziak, operating under the brand Future Lounge X.

2. Services Services include: Sale of pre-produced music tracks Custom music production (ghost production possible) Copyright transfer or licensing agreements

3. Contract Formation A contract is concluded upon written confirmation via email. 4. Payments Payments are made via bank transfer. Work begins after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights remain with the Producer until full payment is received. Rights are transferred or licensed only after full payment.

6. No Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds are granted once files are delivered and rights transferred.

7. Liability The Producer is not responsible for how the Client uses the music after rights are transferred.
